If you know enough about a Bridge bidding system that you feel you could write the rules for the system, please contact me at the link below. If you write a set of rules, you own those rules and will receive the credit for them. I will help you in any way I can. If you find that the game does not provide some value required by your system, I will add those values to the game. Now there may be more than one set of rules for any particular system. Two different versions of a system could be written by two different people with different objectives. One set could attempt to be absolutely complete where a second version of the system could be developed as a more simplified, easier to understand set.
